This promotional vacation entitles you to 4 days and 3 nights for up to 4 people in Orlando, Florida. Upon completion of a 90-120 minute guided sales tour and presentation, you will receive: (i) 2 Disney tickets and a bonus vacation of 4 days and 3 nights in Las Vegas, NV. You will not be entitled to receive these items, including but not limited to a refund of your deposit, should you fail to attend and complete the required sales tour and presentation. All of this is yours to enjoy for $199 plus all applicable hotel/resort taxes and fees of approximately $20.00 per day.

The verifiable retail value of this entire vacation package, including the 3 nights of hotel accommodations, 2 Disney tickets and bonus Las Vegas vacation is up to $1,668.36. This promotion is being offered for the purpose of soliciting the sale of a timeshare interest.

Any travel that includes any of the following nights: March 21 to April 7, June 15 to August 15, December 24 to January 1, will be subject to a surcharge of $150.00. Once you complete the required sales tour and presentation and receive your bonus vacation certificate(s), you will have 12 months to complete that stay. The bonus vacation certificate(s) is non-transferable, and requires a Sunday-Wednesday arrival. A $100 deposit is required when booking, but once you take the vacation, $100 deposit will be returned to you in the form of a Visa Gift card. Or, if you cancel the bonus vacation certificate trip more than thirty (30) days prior to the confirmed arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the $100 deposit.

This tourism promotional vacation package is open to any credit-worthy U.S. or International citizen. All travelers must meet the following age requirements at the time of travel: 23 years of age for married/cohabitating couples, 25 years of age for single females and 30 years of age for single males and must also have a combined annual household income of $50,000 (U.S.) or more. Married or cohabitating couple must travel together to acknowledge receipt of all of the benefits offered in this promotional vacation. Two (2) forms of identification are required at time of check-in. Acceptable forms of identifications are: 1) state issued ID, driver's license or passport -AND- 2) a major credit card or major debit card with the Visa/MasterCard logo. As part of this promotional vacation package, you will need to attend a 2-hour guided sales tour and presentation of the Vacation Village Resort facilities during your stay. There is no obligation to purchase a vacation ownership however failure to attend and complete the required presentation and meet any of the terms, conditions and/or eligibility requirements subjects the purchaser(s) of the vacation package to forfeit any gifts offered with the vacation package and the responsibility for full rate of all accommodations. This vacation package is registered in the purchaser(s) named above at the time of issue and can only be used by the purchaser listed. There is a limit of one (1) promotional vacation package per household. No group travel is permitted. A group is considered more than one (1) family traveling together to the same resort location with the same arrival date. This vacation package may not be combined with any other vacation package offer. Current employees of the companies involved in this promotional vacation package and anyone visiting a Vacation Village Resort or affiliated resort as a result of another promotional vacation offer within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this promotion. This tourism promotional vacation package is capacity controlled and is subject to availability. All vacation packages properly registered to purchaser(s) will be honored for travel through the expiration date of the Vacation Certificate. This Vacation Certificate is guaranteed for twelve (12) months at its original purchase price.

A minimum of thirty (30) days advance request for travel reservations is required in order to arrange for this vacation. A minimum of sixty (60) days advance request is required for travel reservations during major holidays or peak season. Air and ground transportation, applicable hotel/resort taxes and fees (estimated to be $20 per night); resort fees and other incidentals such as room service and long distance calls are not included in this vacation package. All vacation package purchases must be paid in full prior to confirmation of any reservations. You may cancel and receive a full refund without any penalty or obligation within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation package, whichever occurs later. To cancel, a signed and dated statement that you are cancelling should be mailed with a postmark or hand delivered to Always Travel With Us, Inc. at 9501 Satellite Blvd., Suite 101, Orlando, FL 32837. Except as provided herein, once a vacation reservation is made and confirmed, the vacation package and Vacation Certificate is no longer cancelable. To avoid a rescheduling fee, any rescheduling of reservations must be made with the Reservation Department at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled and confirmed check-in date. All reservations that are rescheduled within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled and confirmed check-in date are subject to a rescheduling fee of $100.00 assessed by Always Travel With Us, Inc.
